We are a growing e-commerce company based in Australia with fulfilment hubs in the USA, UK & Australia, serving the USA, Europe & Australia market.

Position: Operation Support
Type of Role: Part-time, remote (2-4 hours/day, 3-4 days/week, including weekend)
Time Availability: 6AM - 8AM, 7AM - 11AM, 11AM - 3PM, or 3PM - 7PM (Vietnam Time)
Duration: at least 12 months. Start immediately
Salary: Hourly rate, and based on performance
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily sales orders to ensure operation process to run efficiently and smoothly (from buying, consolidation, mail-out to final fulfilment);
Manage and communicate with suppliers (sellers, packing personnel, logistics companies);
Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of daily and monthly reports;
General administrative support where required.
Requirements
Self-motivated, and exceptional attention to detail;
Excellent time management and organisational skills;
The ability to work well independently and remotely, as well as within a small, remote and distributed team;
Proficiency in English and computer skills;
Experience in e-commerce, data entry and business operation preferred;
Suitable for 1st and 2nd year undergraduate students with business or technical degree background.
