What you'll do
Manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources strategically across campaigns and initiatives.
Provide recommendations to the team for adjustments that can enhance campaign outcomes and contribute to overall strategy refinement.
Support Digital Lead on analytics and innovative project (e.g. MarTech)
Report to: Digital Team Lead
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years experience in lead generation business/organization, understanding the key aspects of the lead generation framework such as user behavior & journey, media channels mix, ect.
Hands-on campaign execution experience on different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Google Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.,
Possess basic project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Understanding of performance success metrics as well as tracking tools (leadgen tracking framework, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM)
Great business communicator, capable of handling daily communication with cross-teams and managing regular meetings effectively.
