Key Activities
1
Oversee daily procurement operations.

Coordinate with stakeholders to identify business needs and manage scope of works.

Ensure all procurement documents comply with Company Policy and Procurement Manual.

Conduct and manage proposal, offer, and bid evaluations in line with internal policies and local regulations to select the best suppliers.

Foster supplier relationships to negotiate optimal prices.

Assess total costs of company purchases, understanding the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept.

Resolve supplier issues related to quality, performance, and service levels.

Identify and certify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks.

Maintain thorough documentation from procurement origination to completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration
Experience / skills required:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry and foreign-invested companies.
- Proficient in procurement for direct and indirect materials, supplier performance management, contract management, and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of customs and government regulations, including import/export, taxes, commercial laws, and merchandise.
- Technical knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working applications. Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate are preferred.
- Integrity, honesty, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent.
- Demonstrates a 'Can Do' attitude with a commitment to self-learning and improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems. Oracle/SAP is preferred.
- Ability to manage day-to-day procurement operations for production materials.
Language(s):
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
