Responsibilities:
Create and manage documents/ planned required for the events
Create new procedures (if needed) for organizing events
Manage escalated on-site issues
Coordinate and integrate all other operations within an event
Work with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
Resolve escalated participants' enquiries, partner or sponsor's requirements regarding the events.
Assist with setting up and tear down of events
Manage the cost of consumable materials in each event to ensure the target.
Document work processes, suggest periodic process/event improvement

Qualifications
3th or 4th-year university student majoring in fields such as economics, business, computer science, marketing, or related fields
The ideal candidate must have native-level proficiency in Vietnamese, as well as be able to use English as a working language
The successful candidate should have a str ong passion and ability for event management and technology, including a basic understanding of blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency
Any additional knowledge in these areas would be considered a plus
