Overview
Responsible for developing and monitoring of TOT/POSM/Gift which to support sales team to ensure the in-store visibility across MT format/customers, plus PCR and A&M budget tracking.
Responsibilities
MT Visibility development:
Work closely with agency & procurement team for production of TOT/POSM/Gift
Ensure efficient implementation & evaluation of TOT/POSM/Gift material based on picture of success and merchandising guidelines in alignment with the sales team AM/OTE (quantities & timelines)
Extra display follows up contract, payment & KPI by stores.
Consolidate Sales forces' Display contest image and result.
MT sampling/ activation support:
Work closely with agency & sales team to organize sampling/ activation in stores.
Follow up with agency on sampling & activation schedule and coordinate with AM/OTE to remind for well preparation of stock to drive effective sampling activities.
Market & Competitor tracking
Build & maintain main competitor's database including Portfolio, Price, Promotion activity from monthly research collected by Sales Leaders in Top 10 customers of OT
Build & maintain competitor's tracking dashboard in top 10 OT to be reviewed in MTOR quarterly for strategy needed.
Market research pricing & portfolio by chain quarterly PI snack category OT
Assortment Coordinate with AMs in build assortment by store/ by group store all MTs
Display guideline:
Support build proposal or coordinate with retailer to build POG/ guideline to enhance category development.
Support build & update extra display to in each period which suit company's strategy.
A&M PUSH budget monitor & tracking:
Spending Tracking Budget of in-store POSM/TOT & MT Customized Sampling & Activation campaign
Tracking samples for NPD listing with sales team.
Others:
Other tasks requested by line manager.
Qualifications
College graduation, at least 1 year experiences in similar role
Advanced office skill (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
Analytical skill
Good at time management
Good communication skill
