Payable Accounting Leader

- Receive and process Capex payment documentation - Manage funds and execute payments for loans, interest, and bank fees - Finalize daily exchange rates - Open Letters of Credit (L/C), issue guarantees, and handle disbursement documentation for Capex/Opex payments - Update and reconcile bank account balances daily - Regularly review and reconcile Capex/Opex accounts payable, ensuring regular account reconciliations with suppliers - Review GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt), long-outstanding advances, and propose solutions for resolution - Prepare internal reports including accounts payable, actual cash flow for financial planning, and periodic balance reports - Receive and complete payment procedures for domestic and international raw materials - Handle documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to complete payment files for raw materials - Prepare monthly forecasts based on received documentation from departments - Produce internal reports, including Opex and Capex accounts classification, and execute net-off accounting entries
