Operate, install and maintain all electrical related equipment, HVAC equipment, and plumbing and water distribution systems, including steam systems, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment
Perform inspections of operating machinery, equipment and systems.
Calibrate and adjust all gas-fired equipment.
Take a daily reading of all utility consumption and prepare energy management plans/ideas.
Respond to maintenance requests from guests, direct manager and department head
Conduct guest room maintenance in accordance with the preventative maintenance program.
Ensures all workshop and working areas are clean, tidy and safe.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance and compliance with fire and safety regulations and all municipal, state and federal guidelines.
Ensure all equipment is used according to the manufacturers recommendations and ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a good state of repair.
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by DOE or other PC members
