Mô tả công việc
- Design plastic components for the body of electric scooters and electric bicycles. Confirm the feasibility of the design, conduct comprehensive analysis, and report work according to timelines during the vehicle development process for body components.- Design and confirm the accuracy of 2D and 3D drawings, and document technical solutions from suppliers.- Create SOR, BOM, ECN, etc. on the Teamcenter system, and manage data related to transferred designs.- Conduct feasibility analysis in the PT, PTO, and LS phases of new CKD vehicle projects. Report on design quality (SIL) issues during project development.- Solve relevant quality design issues for projects that have already reached SOP.- Deploy requirements for export projects.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering- At least 2 years of applicable experience in R&D or Mechanical Engineering- Proficiency in 3D CATIA V5 (2D, 3D) software is an advantage, as well as MS Word and Excel- Relevant work experience in motorcycle and electric motorcycle mechanical design is an advantage- A strong willingness to learn- Ability to work under high pressure- Good communication in English- Conflict resolution skills- Ability to work both in a team and independently- Knowledge of e-scooters or motorbikes is an advantage
