1. Media Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts (journalists, influencers, government entities, etc...)
Proactively pitch and secure media coverage for the organization and its subsidiaries
Coordinate press releases, interviews, and other media engagements
Monitor media coverage and respond promptly to any reputational issues or negative publicity
2. Corporate Communications:
Develop and implement the overall external communications strategy for the corporate organization and its subsidiaries
Create and manage the distribution of corporate messaging, including annual reports, newsletters, and website content, ...
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all external communications
3. Crisis Communications:
Develop and regularly update the organization's crisis communications plan
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries during crisis situations
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (legal, HR, operations, etc.) to craft and disseminate appropriate responses
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify and engage with key external stakeholders, such as industry associations, community groups, and government entities
Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and industry forums
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support customer and client communications, as needed
5. Digital and Social Media:
Manage the organization's social media presence and online reputation
Develop and implement a content strategy for the corporate website and social media channels
Monitor online conversations and respond to inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
6. Internal Communications:
Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across the organization and its subsidiaries
Support the rollout of key internal initiatives, programs, and announcements

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar role
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and stakeholders
Proficient in using PR and media monitoring tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Google Analytics)
Strong verbal, writing, public speaking and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
