Process Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)Makino Vietnam Co., Ltd

1. Provide sustaining Engineering support to CNC machinery /sub-unit assembly process
2. Support manufacturing/assembly process improvement
3. Support failure analysis and cost reduction through value engineering activities
4. Support all process validation activities
5. Design and prepare the necessary fixture/toolings for production usage purpose
6. Setup and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and process routing in SAP system
7. Prepare process manual and check sheet for production usage
8. Support engineering activities to improve manufacturing operation key performance indicators such as quality, waste, efficiency
9. Maintain and ensure systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO, Regulatory and housekeeping requirements
10. Plan and execute activities with other department to ensure common goals are met
11. Performs design and development engineering assignments related to activities for equipment and systems layouts in plant and production facilities.
12. Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer to China/India or other region company
13. Conduct cost down project with various department to meet the goal which set by management
14. Provide support to Supplier/Vendor for related process establishment/control
15. Prepare Supplier Quality Check Sheet to Supplier/SQE for FA (First Article) Items buy off
16. Prepare PDR Report for daily ASM noncompliance parts rejection
17. Prepare DIR for the issues which raised by CUS and related to Product Quality
18. Prepare the PCL documentation and fixtures/skid for completed machine shipment/blocking process
19. Conduct kaizen activities for ASM assembly process
20. Introduce/implement new technology/software on shopfloor to improve production efficiency
21. Review current assembly process regularly
