I.Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Product Alliance Associate who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Product Development Associate performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
1. In charge commission & subvention payment with dealer (30%)
Prepare dealer appraisal list
Raise cooperation contract with dealer on Lotus system, follow up reviewing process with relevant departments to provide the final approval version for sign-off to Partnership Development Dept
2. Supporting cooperation business requirements on the system and managing data from dealers (50%)
Collect product data from dealers, prepare master data, follow UAT for special scheme, inform sales and dealer schedule.
Handle all business requirement (Introduction letter, inform dealers manager sales info, update sales in/ out/ absent)
3. Collaborate closely with relevant departments and other tasks (20%)
Follow reconciliation for commission, subvention, disbursement (cases by cases) with D&R, OPS, Sales
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms
Other tasks assigned by Department Head to achieve business goals from time to time.

Yêu cầu
- University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major.
- Experience of administration task especially in HR or finance team is more favorable.
- Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills Ability to write comprehensive reports.
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Proactive responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
- Attention to details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Experience of administration task especially in HR or finance team is more favorable.
