We are looking for some developers to join our product team. Joining us, you will have a chance to build the first marketplace in Vietnam with so much technology challenge. As a developer, you will be involved in building products to enable an excellent experience.
What you will do:
1. Main tasks:
- Responsible for working with stakeholders to ensure products meet customer needs and overall company goals.
- Recommend quarterly backlogs, products and features to realize KiotViet's vision
- Responsible for product development efficiency
- Select and prioritize the development of features with high value to customers and low development costs
- Plan and allocate resources appropriately for long-term effective improvements
- Analyze customer data, find insights to design more optimal products
- Responsible for proposing and maintaining the product's backlog and roadmap in the quarter
- Responsible for proposing and maintaining the topics of the sprints (or weekly)
- Coordinating with the development team, dev + BA to detail the topic and product design
- Organize product training, user manual for end users or support departments
- Lead and train to improve the capacity of BA in the team
2. Some other information:
* Responsibility:
- Be accountable for the product's investment efficiency: revenue, number of customers and development costs
- Be accountable to relevant stakeholders for the plan to improve the quality and fix bugs of the product
* Power:
- Decide on issues related to the products that I am in charge of
- Approve and accept the final results of the product development team
- Decide when to golive - deliver products to customers
