This position directly reports to the Business Unit Director Insulin. In this role, you will develop a local product marketing strategy, facilitate launch and sales execution. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
• Develop and execute the product marketing plan by conducting effective market research to identify trends and assess the product's competitive position. Work with related parties to align product strategy with portfolio strategy for the affiliate.
• Propose and efficiently manage the product marketing budget to ensure effective spending and maximize return on investment. Ensure the launch plan is in place and develop the product campaign, including advertising and sales promotional materials.
• Communicate the marketing program to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns. Relay product promotions and plans to the sales team to ensure alignment with company strategy. Drive the implementation of product strategies and campaigns, monitoring sales progression and performance regularly. Offer practical and motivational product and pre-launch training for product promotion specialists and new sales representatives and provide feedback on product performance to the sales team.
