Product Merchandiser (Ha Noi, Vietnam)Sister Jane UK LTD

We are looking for a merchandiser based in Hanoi, Vietnam who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage the areas of product development, sampling and production follow-up. The merchandiser should have strong ability and understanding of garment construction and production and logistics processes to assist the UK production team.
- Following up on the sampling process and ensuring all suppliers deliver on time
- Following up on production samples and test samples, ensuring all samples are sent on time
- Tracking and updating production fabric, communicating any issues with the UK team and factory
- Ordering labels and following up with third-party label companies and factories
- Working closely with the UK and China teams to ensure inspections and tests are carried out as scheduled
- Checking and updating production samples
- Communicating with all suppliers daily and updating the UK team
- Identify new suppliers and conduct regular factory visits
