This position belongs to the Monetization department responsible for optimizing and building great products for the in-house advertising platform. We have big plans for further system improvements and are implementing new advanced features related to modern advertising infrastructure development, high load systems, big data processing.
The Product Researcher should deeply understand the domain business and stay updated with market insights/trends to drive the products in the proper direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research both clients' needs and market trends to have a big updated informative picture about online ads.
- Analyze, develop briefs, offer solutions, and evaluate pros & cons of each option.
- Report, present of report findings to stakeholders.
- Propose consulting packages to meet client demands in key market research areas
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the product improvement process.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
- At least 2 years in Market/Product Research with a proven track record of ads products.
- Strong identifying and solving the problems with high customer-centric mindset.
- Strong data-driven. Comfortable with reading and interpreting big, in-depth data analysis.
Referred skills:
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum product development process.
- Stakeholder management and communication including verbally and in written.
- Familiar with the concepts of the quantitative (e.g. A/B testing and its related analysis, survey) and qualitative (e.g. interview, customer feedback) research methods.
