Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional efforts to develop and implement a standard process and outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and tracking metrics to monitor progress.
Align with sourcing leadership and define process to generate unbiased estimates.
Coordinate with GSMs, product cost managers, and leadership stakeholders to ensure timely completion of cost model reviews and validation.
Publish communications and prepare executive presentations to summarize findings and recommendations of the team.
Drive progress towards process cadence and standardization across groups and product lines.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in cost or budget estimation, sourcing, or should cost modeling in a manufacturing or consumer electronics environment.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in supply chain program management, in a consumer technology or manufacturing environment.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with system implementation and change management, and familiarity with cost simulation software and tools.
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting in front of executive leadership.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels and functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes of cost issues.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
