Mô tả công việc
1. Project management:
Assist in planning and implementing IT Outsourcing projects.
Track and report on the progress of the project's tasks.
Assist in preparing project documentation and organizing project meetings.
2. Communication and coordination:
Support communication between internal departments and clients.
Record and track meeting minutes, ensuring decisions are implemented on time.
3. Document management:
Update and organize project documents, ensuring all related materials are properly stored and managed.
Assist in creating and maintaining regular project reports.

Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Final-year students or recent graduates in Project Management, Information - Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar software.
Proficiency in English, with good reading comprehension and communication skills.
3. Preferred (Optional) Skills:
Experience or basic knowledge of project management processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Final-year students or recent graduates in Project Management, Information - Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
