Main description:
• Co-ordinating project in field of: conformity assessment service,
capacity building, professional training and vocational training services
• Make project plan and implement periodic project reports according to requests from customers and internal requirements. Set work goals and deadlines for each period of the project.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with deadline management.
• Ensure that customer needs are met, and products (services) are handed over in accordance with respective project stages.
• Issuance of all relevant paperwork, such as contracts for hiring experts/subcontractors, renting (purchasing) equipment and tools.
• Supervise and manage the purchase of equipment and materials for the project.
• Track project progress and handle any issues that arise. Serve as a point of contact and inform all participants of the project status.
• Drafting and archiving project documents.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
