Responsible include but are not limited to the following:
· Planning and Execution:
- Develop and own the Project Plan to support the Organization
- Coordinate manufacturing sites through effective planning scheduling and management
- Managing critical path and managing execution risk
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Responsible for managing and tracking KPIs for operations
· Relationship Management: Requirements internally and externally, giving clear direction and requirements.
- Support internal and external communication for Operations
- Interface and communicate with the Operations to provide updates, milestones, and progress appropriately
− Ensure alignment with the Operations on the Commitment Date including milestone dates for meetings and procedure submittals, regular reports and so on
− Support the update monthly operational performance data by division
− Collect and review the operation data by division
− Cost analysis through SAP, and control & analysis of TCM, BGT vs. ACT
− Support monthly COR
− Ad-hoc analysis in accordance with business needs
