Mô tả công việc

• Make the feasibility study report, project's schedule and development plan; Make the analysis report of investment efficiency and investment plan for the company related projects;
• Prepare project documents for attracting other investors and the approvals from other parties.
• Finding and evaluating investment opportunities in companies or projects, analyzing investment opportunities through market/industry research, building valuation models / appraise on the investment projects and make investment reports;
• Analysis of trends in the real estate market and discover of potential businesses (Quarterly)
• Working with the local landowner and financial institution.
• Doing the other jobs when be assigned

Yêu cầu

• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate company or in the same industry.
• Experience in Resident & Commercial project including township
• Experience in logistics warehouse project
• Preference will be given to candidates who can operate the basic Auto cad.
• Knowledge of laws related to finance, accounting, banking, investment and real estate.
• Good at English
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point
• Ability to work independently or in a team;
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
