Project Management Specialist, Brand & Creative

• Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure project success.• Allocate resources, including designers, video editors, and producers, to projects in a manner that maximizes team productivity.• Maintain high-quality standards for creative output, ensuring that all deliverables align with the company's brand and quality guidelines.• Assist in budget management, monitoring project expenses and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.• Work closely with the creative team to address their needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, UXUI, and technology, to align project objectives with business goals.• Provide regular reports to the Studio Manager on project status, resource utilization, and any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement.• Supporting the Studio Manager's efforts to improve our workflow management by implementing and streamlining efficient processes for smooth collaboration within the creative team and with stakeholders.• Responsible for infrastructure optimization by building and managing workflow tools, subscriptions, and platforms.• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to enhance and refine the creative process, from concept development to final execution.Làm việc tại:• Hà Nội: Tầng 31, Keangnam Landmark 72, Nam Từ Liêm, Hà Nội
