JOB PURPOSE:
- Projects Manager for security projects/initiatives in IT Security strategy of FEC
- Manage and control project progress, quality, cost as per agreed and approved plan
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
Projects Manager:
Be responsible to CISO, CIO, PSC for the timeline and quality of project/initiatives assigned
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank's project management methodology
Resource Management as per pre-agreement with member and in aligned with project charter, project plan
Ensure compliance of project activities to internal regulation as well as other applicable regulation for assigned projects
Manage the communication within the projects.
Control project risk management within the projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Leadership:
Demonstrate and achieve the cybersecurity goals to secure the Bank
Ensure that skills are kept relevant meet the Business Initiatives
Be able to manage and guide project managers
Reporting and Administration:
Regularly report to CISO, CIO, PSC regarding progress and the implementation of project, timely request for decisions
Collect, analyze and produce report for IT Security every month
