Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Manufacturing, $1200, ID17025):
Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
Collaborate with US and Vietnam design teams to align on capacities and achievable schedules.
Communicate project updates with US Design, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
Set up and monitor data systems to track project status and optimize workflows.
Improve design processes and productivity measurement tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Support administrative tasks and ISO documentation management for the design department.
Work flexible hours to coordinate with the US team.
Requirement
Male/Female
University degree in Management, Project Management, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience in manufacturing, design, service companies, or organizations with project/operations management.
Proficient in English (TOEIC >700 or IELTS 6.0+).
