What you'll achieve
As a Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
You will:
Support new supplier onboarding and SER risk assessment. Follow-up and review corrective actions with suppliers on regular basis
Educate suppliers to remediate non-conformances. Monitor 3rd party audit process to ensure high audit quality and drive fast progress
Communicate with audit firms for audit plan and improve reporting quality etc.. Review and rate supplier SER performance on quarterly basis, and communicate with suppliers and internal commodity teams to drive improvement
Provide training and consultancy to internal teams and suppliers on sustainability subjects
Support supplier capability building programs as appropriate and other industry initiatives in the region. Work with cross-functional teams to drive supplier SER improvement
