Mô tả công việc
Job brief: Purchasing Officer responsibilities include buying products that are essential for the company's day-to-day operations. Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on orders and costs....You should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you're identifying the most profitable offers. Also, create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is of high quality and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from domestic and international suppliers, keep in touch with old suppliers to maintain the relationships.
- Review, and negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing then submit to line manager.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery, and review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Get receipts and needed documents to submit to accountant for payment, , make payments, follow orders from overseas
Admin task:
- Track stocks of brewery supplies and place orders when needed.
- Work with authorities, agencies, and government when necessary.
- Contact and arrange suppliers for maintenance
- Being an interpreter between expats and locals
- Other tasks as per requirement.
