General benefit

1. Working time

- [protected info] from Monday to Friday.

- [protected info] Saturday (entitled for alternate off for Saturday and every Sunday).

2. Time for making the payment of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance: After 2-month probation.

3. Daily taxi arrangement: Ha Noi/ Nam Dinh <-> Company and vice versa.

Skills required

Requirements:

 Education: Graduated from University majoring in Economícs, Trade and Foreign Language.

 Language: Fluent in English

 Good knowledge of Supplier sourcing (researching, evaluating and liaising with Suppliers).

 At least 5 years solid experience in the same field in foreign company, especially Japanese society.

 Have good communication & negotiation skills.

 To be responsible and capable of working independently and detail-minded.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

 Handle all Purchase Requests for Production.

Suppliers

1. Receive & confirm Purchase Requests from Related Departments.

2. Research potential Suppliers, get quotation, compare, evaluate and submit to Manager for approval.

3. Negotiate Contract terms of Agreements and Pricing.

4. Make new PO & issue to Suppliers.

5. Check, track Delivery Progress, ensure timely delivery, update Ordered Materials List to Related Departments.

6. Review quality and send claims (if any) of Purchases Products.

7. Enter details information of suppliers such as Name, address, Products, price for internal Database.

8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

9. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

10. Check and confirm monthly delivered quantity.

Customers

1. Updated PO & FC from Customers and send to all Concerned Departments.

2. Contact and exchange with Customers about many things related to Drawing, Quotation, Purchase Order and Contract.

3. Fill out all the forms requested by Customers.

4. Follow VMI system & VMI Invoice (BMMY only).
