Mô tả công việc
• Prepare purchase orders for all departments.
• Update Materials Control on a daily basis.
• Receipt of all goods delivered to the hotel loading dock and respective storerooms.
• Update the Materials Control for the receipt of goods.
• Check invoices for extensions and additions.
• Arrange for invoices to be approved by the department heads concerned for receiving directly charged goods.
• Forward all invoices to accounts payable daily.
• Filing of all documents relating to receipt of goods and stores.
• Prepare purchase requests for all storeroom items.
• Update MC for all items received with the correct prices.
• Issue goods on receiving internal requisition to various departments and deliver to all kitchen outlets on daily basis.
• Conduct monthly stock take of all storeroom items with accounts personnel.
• Monitoring of slow moving and out of date items (checks and issue items before expiry date).
• Check invoices for extensions and additions.
• Arrange for invoices to be approved by the department heads concerned for receiving directly charged goods.
• Forward all invoices to accounts payable daily.
• File all documents relating to receiving and stores.
• Attend to duties assigned by the Financial Controller
• Update Materials Control on a daily basis.

Yêu cầu
• Good in English with excellent interpersonal communication
• A Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent;
• Prior experience as a Purchasing Manager for 03 years in luxury resorts.
• Have skills in building, managing, and training teams;
• 30-45 Years of Age; Can business travel;
• Good communication, persuasion, reporting, negotiation, and situation-handling skills;
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest in work
• A Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent;
• Prior experience as a Purchasing Manager for 03 years in luxury resorts.
