Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for QA Manager (F&B, $1600, ID17109):
Developed and supervised quality systems and procedures, including SOPs, to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
Prepared and updated the Food Safety Manual annually, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
Approved or rejected materials and products based on specifications, and managed deviations and non-conformities during processing.
Led and maintained HACCP systems, ensured compliance with regulations, and managed internal and external audits.
Collaborated with stakeholders to meet customer expectations and resolve operational issues related to quality, safety, and productivity.
Supervised equipment validation and maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient factory operations.
Championed continuous improvement programs, working closely with R&D, production, and other teams.
Planned and monitored ISO22000/HACCP training programs, ensuring personnel are adequately trained.
Set KPIs for the Quality Assurance Department and regularly evaluated and reported performance to the Board of Directors.
Requirement
Male/Female
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Animal Health, Aquaculture, or relevant fields (Master's degree preferred).
Over 5 years in Quality Assurance within the Food/Feed/Aquaculture industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
