Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Execution: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test s for web and mobile applications.
Perform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and isolate bugs, and verify bug fixes.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, providing testing insights from requirements gathering to release.
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure applications meet performance benchmarks.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing technologies to continuously improve QA processes.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices within the team.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on mobile and web application testing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and QA processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
Keen eye for detail, capable of identifying subtle UI inconsistencies and usability issues.
Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices in digital product design.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and API testing.
Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
Candidates with experience in mobile app testing (iOS and Android) are highly desirable.
Preference for candidates with knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
