Overview of the position
To be responsible for the Long Binh QFS activities in ofi Spice Vietnam, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods.
To be responsible for the deployment of all QFS systems from ofi regional ofi Global - Reporting.
To be responsible for all QFS activities in connection/collaboration with the relevant department within ofi.
Responsibilities
Ensure that all QFS activities comply with Safety /Health Safety Environmental policies and company regulations.
Set up/implement/maintain and enhance the QFS system, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods. Provide the direction of enhancing the QFS system to fulfill new updates/changes in the business.
Participate in the QFS (region / global) programs per requirements.
Internal/ external QFS audit - reporting
Customer complaint handling
Manage/train the QFS team including on-the-job training and QFS training (current and new team members)
Manage the in-house laboratories.
