Job Description
Homebase is looking for an ambitious and talented QA/QC Intern to join our company. In this role, you will develop and execute QA/QC processes to ensure the highest quality of our technology solutions. You will work closely with the Development team to identify and resolve defects, the Product team to relay quality-related feedback for product improvements, and the Operations team to implement and monitor corrective actions.
Upon joining Homebase, you will assume the following responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC processes for our real estate technology solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify, document, and report on any issues or non-conformities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and Operations to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product features and functionalities.
Monitor and report on QA/QC performance metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Our Requirements
We expect candidates to fulfill the following criteria:
Commitment to a 6-month internship
Based in HCMC
Studying at a top-tier national or international university
Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with QA/QC tools and methodologies
Strong conversational English skills for effective communication with cross-functional teams
