- Carry out in-line instructions, ensuring that products comply with our requirements from all production sections, including the quality of single parts to finished goods of packing.
- Double-check the quality control process of each production section to ensure adherence to the quality control process.
- Conduct random checks of pull test records, transportation tests for boxes, etc.
- Identify and address all quality issues from in-line inspections, ensuring improvements meet our requirements.
- Verify that all reference samples at the production section are correct as per our requirements
- Conduct final random inspections based on AQL level II.
Check incoming materials in case of any issues, comparing them with approval samples and material swatches.
Discuss quality issues and product requirements with vendors to ensure compliance with our requirements.
