• JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with R&D of Daikin Thailand to ensure new models produced at Daikin Vietnam are not delayed
B. Main Job Description:
• Cooperate with R&D Daikin Thailand to determine the specification and evaluate the effect when design changes of Mechanical parts (such as Compressor, Heat Exchanger, Fan, etc.) and Materials (such as Copper, Aluminium, Steel, Plastic, etc.) used in a production line...
• Control and manage the development process for new products transferred from other plants that are produced by Daikin Vietnam.
• Pursue the whole development process of the new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.
• Coordinate with other departments in the factory to analyze the market problem to find out the root cause and make countermeasures.
• Develop new parts/materials from the market to improve product specifications and realize cost reduction
