- Preparing Feasibility Study for potential projects based on provided data and information
- Preparing comprehensive cash flow model for on-going projects
- Doing survey & market research for VN real estate market
- Preparing research reports and other reports for investment
- Regular inputting and updating factors of Feasibility Study and Economic situations
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu
- Graduate Bachelor of Economics, preferably in Finance or Real Estate
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience in Finance or Real Estate
- MUST HAVE great interest in real estate
- MUST HAVE good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Good knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study
- Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point
- MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience in Finance or Real Estate
- MUST HAVE great interest in real estate
- MUST HAVE good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Good knowledge of cash flow model, feasibility study
- Skill of market research, analyst, problem-solving
