MISSION
Real Estate Legal Officer provide legal advice in all real estate/project legal matters and is in charge of supporting expansion and technical teams in drafting and negotiating real estate/projects contracts and related legal documents and in conducting legal procedure for implementation of real estate/project transactions.
ACTIVITIES
- Provide legal advice on laws and regulations relating to real estate, project transfer, land registration, construction...
- Advise on deal structures for expansion and development of supermarkets and/or commercial centers
- Identify and mitigate legal risks relating to commercial and real estate transactions
- Provide advice and propose solutions in order to secure supermarket/ commercial center expansion/development projects
- Draft, update and review major contracts such as land lease agreement, building lease agreement, project transfer contracts, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts, construction contracts and other related legal documents
- Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners...
- Make translations in English and Vietnamese languages if needed.
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by the Senior Legal Manager
