Carry out recruitment work
Search and propose effective recruitment channels
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Manage and track job acceptance records and store employee profile information
Support tasks when requested by the department head

Yêu cầu

1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruiter;
College degree, prefer major Law, Human Resource,
Priority is given to candidates with experience in recruiting blue-collar workers
Good computer skills.
