* Observation of Market
- To observe the car market in the designated market area as well as to analyze and evaluate trends and market changes, product comparison, brand analysis.
- To monitor the activities of the competitors
* Planning
- To develop advertising measures, events, customer contact, etc., bearing in mind the ideas recommended by the BYD brand represented
- To calculate costs and evaluate benefits
* Advertising
- To create and implement advertising measures (possibly in conjunction with advertising agency)
* Events / Sales Promotion
- To plan, prepare, and organize events and to negotiate with the relevant service providers in consultation with the Sales Zone Manager and nationwide dealer network
- To use sales promotion measures recommended by BYD brand represented and implement in-house sales promotion measures
* Public relations activities
- Maintaining contact with the local media and journalists
- Aligning central BYDVN press releases and invitations to press events on information on BYD HQ and BYDVN in consultation with central media communications department BYDVN
- Ensuring that the appearance of the dealership and its presentation in the media comply with the overall corporate identity
* Customer Database / Direct Mails/CEM
- To select customer data according to target group criteria and to check the quality of the customer data
- To create and implement mailing campaigns in the market area
- To inform Sales about all customer contacts
- Reports/analysis on Customer Profile BYDVN
- Responsibilities of management and observation of CRM process and implementation.
* New Media
- To create the dealership's internet site
- To update and maintain the internet pages
* Marketing Controlling
- To analyze the effectiveness of advertising measures and to compare the figures with targets
* Networking
- Network with fellow managers for optimal work efficiency and effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts with advertising agencies/suppliers
- Handling customers' complaints in writing
- Budgeting, business plans, target achievement, reporting, customer complaints, requests for technical support

Yêu cầu
- Basics: BA education
- Experience (type of): Minimum three years marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Sales: History of BYD brand, knowledge of the local market, basic commercial and legal knowledge
- Marketing: Presentation skills, marketing-mix knowledge, local marketing tools
- Finance/Accounting: Basic knowledge, understanding and interpretation of budgeting, cost calculation
- Logistics: Basic understanding of material ordering and controlling as well as purchasing
