Develop new features and maintain existing applications using Ruby on Rails.
● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
● Perform unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
● Collaborate with the team on architecture and development planning.
● Write technical documentation and specifications.
● Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
● Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning).
● Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.

Yêu cầu
● A BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (3+ years).
● Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
● Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript and HTML/CSS is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills in English (working language).
● Experience with Agile development.
● A self-motivated learner, always striving for personal growth and development.
● Confident in sharing knowledge and collaborating across teams, regardless of technical
expertise.
● Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (3+ years).
● Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
