The Senior Account Executive excels in leading client initiatives with extensive experience. Proficient in integrated communications, especially in social media and digital advertising, they handle tasks such as content planning, social creative content production, digital integrated media plans, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) bookings. Alongside direct client interactions, they possess the potential to excel as a writer, planner, presenter, and counselor, contributing significantly to team success.
ACCOUNT PLANNING & EXECUTION:
Contribute to IMC planning with a focus on social media and digital.
Propose plan ideas and costs during the pitching process.
Develop and present content posting, digital ads, or KOL booking plans for brands.
Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely client request fulfillment.
Directly implement and quality control social activities, events, video production, and photoshoots.
Produce and oversee work quality with relevant personnel and partners.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Present company credentials to new clients, gather project briefs, and thoroughly understand client requirements.
Coordinate with personnel and partners to execute and present regular reports and campaign performance reports.
Maintain client, media, and partner contacts, overseeing projects performed by others.
Act as a liaison between clients, external suppliers, and internal/external audiences.
Proactively communicate with clients, taking responsibility for project updates and status reports at every stage.

Proven experience in professional client relationship management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Meticulous attention to detail and budgetary considerations.
Capable of excelling under high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
+ Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an agency or marketing department serving clients.
Advantageous background in Integrated Marketing Communications.
