Build the most advanced logistics marketplace platform, connecting shippers to drivers.
Build scalable products and solutions used by millions of users.
Participate in the product development and architectural vision of our logistics platform.
Collaborate with Design, Product Managers, and Stakeholders to design solutions to solve real-life logistics problems encountered by our large community of users and drivers, lowering shipping costs while creating jobs and income for our drivers.
Supervise a team, guide and mentor them, and develop their technical career progression.
Participate in the recruitment and growth of the team.
Ensure the quality of the team's deliverables.
Set standards of coding, development, unit testing, and deployment for company products.
