We are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Customs Documentation & Project Executive, implant at Client Site in VSIP II-A, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong with key activities as below:
- Coordinating with HCMC office team and GEODIS SG team to ensure smooth service to customer
- Doing tasks at customer's site: arrange signing documents, archive documents after finish shipments to meet KPI.
- Following shipment status and advise customer if required.
- Following daily, monthly reports.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in English
• Have experience about handling logistics project - especially about machinery & equipment.
• At least 04 years' experience in documentation of customs clearance at HCM ports & airport.
Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
• College graduated or above.
• Customs Brokerage Certificate.
Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years type of experience)
• Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
• Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
• Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
• Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
• Good communication with customers.
• Disciplinary mindset.
