Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Must have:
Salary: Up to 50M
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings;
- Present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources;
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Work closely with business units, marketing, finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;
- Partner with data scientists and other analysts to develop advanced analytics models.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in data analysis and reporting;
- Optimize analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes;
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
Must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R;
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark);
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling;
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git);
- Certification in data analysis or related fields.
Salary: Up to 50M
- Probation salary is 100% of official salary;
- 13th-month salary and performance review twice a year;
