Provision and manage infrastructure for the AI platform on multi cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, CloudFormation) for automated, repeatable infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for the AI platform.
Integrate automated testing (unit, integration) and security scanning into the pipeline.
Improve and upgrade systems to the latest technology, applying modern/trending technologies to reduce TCO and automate manual tasks.
Work closely with AI team, data team, and developers to support AI model development and optimization.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and provide operational support.
Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) to track platform health and performance.
Implement industry-standard security best practices for the platform (access control, data encryption, vulnerability management).
Stay updated on security threats and ensure compliance with financial industry regulations.
Provide internal training, consultation, and guidelines to team members on system capabilities.
Follow the organization's SDLC and other compliance processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders, managers, and directors.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study
Minimum of 5 years working as developer/operator, with a strong focus on cloud-based infrastructure and automation.
Understanding of banking and finance industry regulations and standards.
Familiarity with Generative AI models and frameworks.
Proficiency in managing AI/ML pipelines and deployments.
Proficiency in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Extensive experience and expert knowledge in RDBMS: Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL.
Extensive experience in scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Experience in Data Warehouse, Data model, Data mart, Database design.
