Sourcing, evaluate, select the best agency/ supplier for Digital Marketing, event marketing, banner ads, other marketing [protected info] company's requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio. To maintain in scope portfolio management and sourcing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Execute standardised strategic sourcing processes when required within the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio with the focus being on adding value. To build and maintain strong working relationships with key Marketing manager/leader.
To build and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the Digital Marketing Experience Portfolio.
Proceed and follow up with Digital marketing agencies and comply with procurement/ company's policy.
Key Requirements:
An understanding of systems and processes and strong analytical acumen to drive insights and action from data is essential.
Capabilities and skills in Strategic Sourcing for Marketing Services. Previous experience in Digital Marketing Procurement/Digital Marketing/Technology is desirable.
Experience of procurement transformation, change and business engagement.
Experience and knowledge of business models in digital marketing, advertising production, marketing agencies management.
Interested in tech and innovation, keeping up with trends and up to date with the latest developments within AI (artificial intelligence).
Having great analytical skills, analysis gap and act on the insights found. Working closely with stakeholders to find more opportunities to track measure the outcome and determine success, always looking at the end-to-end impact.
Working with marketing services procurement, to be the connector between internal and external stakeholders, making sure that needs are translated and understood correctly and delivered in the best way possible.

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/working with marketing agencies.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEM, SEO.
Know how to use google analytics is desirable.
Knowledge of marketing related fields and products.
Good communication skills, dynamic.
Good negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
Good planning and time management skills.
Enthusiastic, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
