Your Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development of our visual identity and ensure design initiatives effectively communicate our mission. You will create high-quality design assets, collaborate with teams to enhance user engagement, mentor junior designers, and report to the Creative Manager on project progress. Your expertise will elevate our brand's presence in the digital health space and impact the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the creative development and conceptualization of new design projects, graphics, and layouts tailored to client needs.
● Design high-quality visual content, including social assets, infographics, logos, and promotional images that effectively convey the Hello Health Group message.
● Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure designs meet their vision and requirements, creating visually appealing and engaging materials.
● Work closely and brainstorm with the Creative Manager to align on creative strategies and project direction.
● Mentorjunior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and design skills.
● Createdrafts, present ideas to clients, and incorporate feedback into final designs for optimal results.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continually refining design processes to enhance client satisfaction.
