Mô tả công việc
Main duties:
Keep day-to-day administrative and human resources working smoothly and efficiently according to business plans, labor laws, and regulations.
Support managers to provide guidance, information, and related data to ensure the accuracy and quality of HR and Administrative procedure
Job details:
In charge of executing general HR processes: onboarding, termination, contract & document management, etc; making regular HR reports.
Compensation & Benefit: Collect data for monthly salary calculation (annual leaves, allowances, employee movement), and keep employees' information updated with the Social Insurance & Tax office.
Engage in & co-organize company events, activities, and meetings.
Work with expats for issuance of VISA, Work Permits, Residence cards, and consular legalization.
Coordinate with BOD and other departments.

Yêu cầu
Appropriate degree qualifications in Business/ Human Resources Management
From 1-3 years of job experience as a HR Executive, working experience in the IT field is preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
Good conceptual and analytical competencies, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
Very good command of MS Office application
Fluent in Korean or English (working experience in a similar role within a Korean company is preferred)
From 1-3 years of job experience as a HR Executive, working experience in the IT field is preferred.
