Job Description:
- Strategic Planning: collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs aligned with business objectives.
- Recruitment Strategy: design and implement recruitment strategies that resonate with the organization's employer brand and values to utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Employer Branding: contribute to enhancing the organization's employer brand by promoting its values, culture, and opportunities for career growth to attract top talent.
- Talent Pipelining: proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience: focus on enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of the organization, whether candidates are successful or not.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing HR analytics and metrics, HRBP analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, candidate quality, time-to-hire, and other key performance indicators. It helps to make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes continuously.
- Collaboration: work closely with hiring managers and other team members to streamline recruitment processes, ensure alignment on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on selection criteria and interview techniques.
- Room to grow: support HRM in handling Performance Management process and Training activities to gain more practical experience in Learning & Organization Development

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Art - major in Human Resource/Business Administration
- At least 3 experience years in HRBP/Talent Acquisition, experience in Retail/Fintech/Technology is plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can-do" attitude
