Bachelor's Degree in optical engineering or mechanical engineering, physics or optoelectronics related is at least.
Master's degree or PhD in optical engineering or mechanical engineering, physics or optoelectronics related are strongly preferred.
 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12+ years and a Master's degree; or 9+ years with a PhD with relatedworking experience in optics, optical communication, laser, optoelectronics or related fields with 7+ years of management/leadership experience in directing and overseeing the NPI Team.
 Experienced with product development in optical component and optical assembly.
 Experienced in process improvement and process problem solving.
 Experienced with problem analysis and resolution at the functional level.
 Experienced with ISO Quality and business process management
 Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
 Proven track record of continuous improvement
 Able to develop plans, set goals, to evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective feedback.
 Proficient in English communication.
 Fairly strong communication skills.
 Ability to develop the optical fabrication process.
 Skilled in optical product development & process improvement.
 Basic business communication skill and keep abreast of optical industry trends.
 Able to lead the engineering team to solve the product & process problem.
 Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
 Ability to work with employees in a multi-cultural, global team environment.
