Senior Merchandiser

Work Experience
• Min 8 years experience in Merchandising / Manufacturing field for Hardgoods, preferable in DIY market.
Skills
• Experience in plastic and metal products related to Hardware, PPE, Hand tools, Power tools accessories products will be preferrable.
• Ability to handle projects independently & deal with sourcing, cost analysis, capacity evaluation.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good project management skills & problem solving skills
• Sound background on product development is an advantage
• Good PC skills
Educational Qualification
• Diploma holder major in Business (Purchasing or Marketing are advantage)
Industrial / Product Knowledge
• With DIY sourcing experience/background, manufacturing experience an advantage
Languages
• Fluent spoken and written Vietnamese and English, Mandarin or Cantonese are an advantage
Trait (e.g. decisive, flexible etc)
• Communicative, persuasive, result oriented, organized, detailed mind, solution oriented, sound judgment, commercial awareness, proactive, adaptive to changes, good team player.
Travel Requirements (% & where)
• 30% per month require traveling to South East Asia
