This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a fast-moving technology startup based in Ireland with a multi-faceted operation, fast growth and career development potential, and global ambitions.
We are looking to hire an experienced, full-time, Senior Copywriter / Content Creator with a strong passion for marketing and content creation of all types.
You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with the Brand Manager, Digital Lead, and the CEO and various support agencies on a day-to-day basis.
As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging multimedia content. You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop innovative designs that captivate audiences across various platforms.
Planning & Communication
1. Conceptual art direction: Generate innovative and impactful art direction that can effectively conveys the brand's message and contribute to the winning of campaign
2. Design comprehensive pitch deck: Develop visually compelling pitch decks to present marketing plan to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Work closely with marketing team to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts.
4. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, exploring new opportunities to enhance our multimedia content.
5. Participate in the planning stage, proactively propose ideas to improve our sale pitches
Design Execution
1. Create visually appealing and impactful multimedia assets, including (but not limit to) motion graphics, animations, infographics, and interactive content, digital banner, UI for website and app, newsletter
2. Taking briefs from the marketing team and translating the idea to a nice visual arts for social media posts.
3. Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients, including email templates, banners, brochures, leaflets and website mock-ups.
4. Ensure all design work produced meets the brand expectation
5. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; from raw ideas to layout execution.
6. Prepare comprehensive layouts of the design using techniques such as photography, illustration and computer-generated imagery; have keen eyes on details for layout arrangement; have knowledge about color treatment and materials used.
7. Have ideas/solutions to revise and develop design artworks according to the marketing / brand feedback.
8. Produce accurate and high-quality works.
9. A team-work player. Willing to support other team members.
You should be a passionate idea-generator for social media posting and design both for organic reach, and for paid marketing ads, and should love following and consuming content across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram particularly.
Your role should therefore primarily be to generate ideas, steer the brand perception, and be on top of our brand on social media and web.
Your ideas should be turned into good content, ads, and webpages with support where needed - consider this as the most important capability.
